I really cannot recommend WT Skin enough. Saoirse is AMAZING!! I was having regular breakouts and redness in round my chin area. I wanted to make sure my skin didn’t let me down for my wedding so after a lot of googling, I booked into WT skin for a consultation and facial. Money well spent! It has been a journey with regular facials and building a daily skin routine. My skin is great- no breakouts or redness 🙂 Saoirse helped me grow and tame my terrible eyebrows. I’ve seen a few other therapists in WT skin and they have all been excellent. The reception staff are so kind and organised. I HIGHLY recommend WT skin for all your beauty needs and concerns.

I was having a stressful day and booked a massage with Anna and a waxing treatment with Anjou. What a beautiful and calming clinic and the service was excellent right from the moment I was greeted by the receptionist until the moment I left. Super hygienic and calming atmosphere and amazing staff. Anna’s massage was heavenly and she worked around the problem areas on my back gently. Anjou was ultra-professional and made an awkward treatment like waxing a pleasant experience with no pain at all. I have booked for other treatments and will definitely return again. It is very rare to find a perfect spa / beauty / skin clinic like this. Absolute joy.

The moment I walked in from Richmond's busy High Street, I knew I was in for something special. The premises was immaculate and with beautiful classical music playing softly, I immediately began to feel warm & relaxed ready for my treatment. My therapist was amazing! She completely listened and was in tune to what my skin needed, explained each step of the process and I wondered to myself why I hadn't booked her for the full day! Never once was I rushed or not treated royally. I am grateful to her as I still feel like a queen (2 weeks later) because of her wonderful hands, her knowledge & the products she recommended I use. The salon's name doesn't do it justice, it should be called the Relaxing Revitalizing Spa! Thank you to all who treated me so well that day - a thoroughly enjoyable experience!!!

Saoirse in Richmond is excellent had her job. She consistently delivers treatments to a very high standard, she listens and cares. She is also very knowledgable so can always explain products very well and offer reliable and safe advice. The service is always excellent and a great experience each time.
