WT Skin Terms and Conditions

In order to preserve the sense of harmony and tranquillity when visiting the Spa, mobile phones must be switched off at all times.

It is preferred that young children are not brought to WT Skin when attending appointments.

Unfortunately late arrival for an appointment may result in a reduced treatment time.

We require 24 hours prior notice of any cancellation, otherwise we regret that a 50% payment of the treatments booked will be charged.

Please inform your therapist of any know medical condition or if you are pregnant or suffer from any type of allergy.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers must be presented at the point of sale or an alternative payment will be required. Money gift vouchers can be split for part payment. Package or treatment specific vouchers cannot be split they must be used on the same day.

A debit/credit card is required for all treatment bookings greater than 1 hour.

All treatment courses must be completed within 12 month’s of the date of purchase. No refunds will be given on courses.

Times stated are inclusive of treatment preparation, including undressing and redressing.

We ask that personal items remain with you at all times. WT Skin cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Only one promotional voucher can be used per visit and may only be used on full price treatments.

Rebookings at point of sale will receive a 10% discount off next appointment. In order to receive this discount the next treatment will need to be paid in advance on account. Cancellation policy applies as normal.

Loyalty cards are available for all clients. One loyalty stamp is received per treatment, aftrer 5th treatment.

Refer a Friend Scheme: Referred clients must be a new client to WT Skin, spend over £40 at their initial visit, present a fully completed referral card and agree to join the WT Skin mailing list. The referral client will receive a gift voucher in the post the week after the referred client’s visit.

Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special offer If you would like to change the treatment that your gift voucher has been purchased for we will try to accommodate you, an extra charge may be required.
